Lets Chat

My name is Emily and I am a senior at Marist College. As a lover of  food, I am quite a fan of the Valley Café.

The Valley Café began my freshman year and has  always been a part of my Marist experience, so I can’t help but feel a bit of a connection with it. I also love what the event stands for in advocating local sourcing and the exciting themes it represents. I have witnessed Chef Anthony, Dining Services and Student Affairs put their passion into each luncheon and I am always pleased to see the crowd enjoy their meal.

I am here to tell the story of each plate at the Valley Café–where in the region it came from, who played a part in its growth, how it got to the kitchen at Marist and how its theme is an educational opportunity.

If you have any questions or suggestions, Marist Dining Services will be happy to hear from you at: diningservices@marist.edu. You can also follow them on Twitter (@MaristEats) and ‘Like’ the Facebook page.
